One of my favourite places in Rizhao - small outside restaurants by the sea where you can get fresh seafood and other good stuff :) I`m a regular here!
Bay-watch not watching :)
Chinese are real cautious with the sun. While foreigners tend to enjoy the beach in bikini trying to get tanned... most Chinese try to avoid tan by hiding under umbrellas and leaving their clothes on.
Chinese don`t swim, they float :)

Now on this picture you can try to spot a guy in yellow in the sea waving a red flag... trying to get "irresponsible citizens" out of water...or to move to the netted area... :)
Many people come to beach just to watch the sea...
Seems Rizhao seaside area has been long invaded by aliens... these alien ships (depending ont he place) can be WC, showers, changing rooms or ...closed :)

Swim suits are covering as much as possible.. and often it looks like girls are swimming in their dresses... Many people don`t wear swim-suits...they just manage to go swimming in whatever they are wearing! :)
