Zhouzhuang - (oficially promoted as nr.1 water town of Shanghai)

Zhouzhuang lies between Shanghai and Suzhou and it is an ancient town surrounded by rivers and lakes. It is officially promoted as NR.1 water town of China...and it truly is nice, but I`ve seen nicer & more authentic water towns before. Anyway if you happen to be there on weekday it`s a nice & relaxed stroll along canals...much better than if you wonder in there during the weekend...
